We have two flats available at this scheme –  a 1 bedroom flat on the second floor – there is a lift at the scheme and a 1 bedroom flat/bedsit on the ground floor.  A minimum of 1 weeks rent of £132.48 is required to be paid at sign-up.

To qualify for Independent Living with Progress Housing Group, residents must be over 55 and are required to engage in a minimum level of support provided by the Scheme Manager. This includes 2 contacts a week (intercom/visit), a quarterly check of the emergency alarm equipment and an annual review of the resident's support plan. Applicants over 50 years old may be considered - an assessment would be carried out in order to determine eligibility.
