The scheme benefits from Independent Living Co-Ordinator Service to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents and to provide a link with doctors, families, friends and support services.

To qualify for Independent Living with Progress Housing Group, all residents are required to engage in a minimum level of support provided by the Independent Living Co-Ordinator. This includes 2 contacts a week (intercom/visit), a quarterly check of the emergency alarm equipment and an annual review of the resident's support plan.
A minimum of 1 weeks rent is required to be paid at the start of tenancy.
Total rent figure = £115.31 per week (over 50 weeks).
Remaining service charges are eligible for local authority subsidy for those entitled to Housing Benefit.
