For those front-facing roles which require a more regular pattern of work, we offer other ways of achieving work-life balance through offering part-time hours, flexible working options where possible, a generous annual leave package and policies to support family life outside of work.

Our new amazing new workspaces in Leyland offer collaborative spaces to touch down, catch up or drop in. Our vibrant ‘café style areas are also a hive of activity and have hosted fundraisers, workshops, wellbeing pop ups, and EDI network events.
