Earlier this year, we let you know that Reside Housing Association was thinking about joining Progress Housing Group.

Progress Housing Group is your landlord. We provide homes all over the country for people who have a support need.

Reside Housing Association is like us and also provides housing to people with support needs.

Reside and Progress Housing Group have now decided to join together. This will happen in the Autumn.

We are happy that Reside is joining Progress Housing Group. It will help us to make the services that we provide to you even better.

Will we be letting support providers know?

Yes, we will be contacting support providers to let them know.

Will my support workers change?

No, your support workers will remain the same.

Will there be any changes to housing officers?

You may have a new housing officer, but we will let you know who that and you will be able to meet them.

Will the new people be Reside or Progress?

The new people will all work for Progress Housing Group. However, Reside will keep its name until next year. We then might change the name.

Will the repair people still be the same?

Yes, you will still report repairs in the same way, and the same people will come to fix them.

Will Scrutiny Pool be involved?

Yes, we have involved members of the Scrutiny Pool in the plans.
