Our gas compliance project has been shortlisted for another prestigious award
We are excited to announce that our gas compliance project, in partnership with Voicescape UK, has been shortlisted for another prestigious award at The Northern Housing Awards 2025!
This recognition follows our previous success at the National Housing Maintenance Forum Awards 2025, where we won the award for Most Innovative Property Service, and were also a finalist in the Most Innovative Partnership category at Housing Digital. Now, our project has been acknowledged in the Best Digital Transformation category at The Northern Housing Awards.
This award-winning project was implemented to address the issue of no-access appointments for gas servicing. Missed appointments not only increase operational costs but also present potential safety risks for tenants.
Since partnering with Voicescape, we have achieved the following results:
- A 24% reduction in no-access appointments within the first four months
- Over £100,000 in cost savings
- Improved operational efficiency
- Increased tenant satisfaction
