National recognition

• Stronger Partnerships Award

These nominations celebrate not just our team, but the invaluable contribution of colleagues across the group, and external partners who help make this work possible.
Closing the digital divide: Digital inclusion success
Digital inclusion has been a major focus for 2025, supporting tenants who face barriers accessing online services, training, and job opportunities.
This year saw:
• The launch of digital referrals, making it easier for tenants to access support
• The rollout of a Tenant Opportunities webpage
• The provision of digital devices to support learning and job-search
• Celebrating ‘Get Online Week’ – the team delivered several drop-in sessions for tenants across Fylde and South Ribble to improve their confidence with getting online
• Digital skills development covering budgeting, money management, online safety and employability.
These initiatives have opened new doors for tenants who previously felt digitally excluded or left behind.
