Training Courses
Are you interested in learning something new?  The team is currently putting together a training programme for tenants for the next six to 12 months and we would love to hear from you!

We would be grateful if you could please complete the below survey to help us find out which courses tenants are interested in completing https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/G8JHDKS

Project Search

The DFN Project SEARCH Supported Internship Programme is designed for young people aged 16-24 with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The goal of this programme is to support the transition from education to a position of paid employment (16+ hours per week) and lasts for one academic year.

The fifth cohort of interns, through the Project Search Supported Internship programme, began their year-long internship in September.  We look forward to welcoming them into the business in November for their first rotation.

If you, or someone you know, is interested in finding out more about the supported internship programme with Runshaw College and Progress Housing Group, please get in touch with the team.

Apprenticeships
Progress Housing Group launched our Apprenticeship Programme in May offering 12 apprenticeships within our Property Services team.  We received a huge number of applications and welcomed over 45 brilliant prospective apprentices to our interview and assessment day in July.  The successful applicants started in their new roles in September and we wish them all luck in completing their apprenticeships!

Awards
We have been shortlisted for an Investors in People Award for Excellence in Building Purpose-Driven Impact.
This nomination highlights the incredible work of our Progress Futures Team in creating a person-centred approach to help tenants define and achieve their goals in employment, education, volunteering, and training.
The awards take place on 12 November.
