Tenants' Voice - Improving Services events

Our Tenants' Voice - Improving Services group is made up of tenants from across Progress Housing Group.

It completes reviews on different services provided by Progress Housing Group, to show what we do well and make recommendations for improvements in areas where we could do better.

• Tuesday 16 April 2pm – 3.30pm – in person at Progress House or virtually via Microsoft Teams (service overview and scoping)
• Thursday 25 April 1.30pm – 3pm - in person at Progress House or virtually via Microsoft Teams
• Thursday 2 May 10.30am – 12pm – in person at Leyland House or virtually via Microsoft Teams
• Thursday 9 May 10.30am – 12pm – in person at Leyland House or virtually via Microsoft Teams
• Thursday 23 May 1.30pm – 3pm – in person at Leyland House or virtually via Microsoft Teams (feedback session)

Please do come along to share your experiences, take part in the review and make recommendations to help improve the service to all tenants.

Progress House and Leyland House are both located in Lancashire Business Park, Centurion Way, Leyland, PR26 6TZ.
