We have retained our G1/V1 status!

We are delighted to announce we have retained our G1/V1 status!

Following our annual Stability Check by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH), our status has been confirmed in its regulatory judgement. The Stability Check process and other regulatory activities, such as our annual and quarterly financial submissions, ensure we meet regulatory standards. 

The judgement means that the RSH is satisfied that, as a landlord, we meet its governance (G1) and viability and financial strength requirements (V1) and that we have the financial capacity to deal with a wide range of scenarios.
