3D Environmental Limited

Type of Opportunity – 3 x Full time/part time Environmental Service Technician roles

Location: across Blackpool, South Ribble and Preston

Further information:

  • Environmental Service Technicians based in the Void Property Clear & Clean teams – roles mainly involve void property work for local Housing Associations, local authorities and other domestic/commercial clients
  • Full time hours – 41.5hrs per week Mon – Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-4pm and Part-time hours – minimum of 21hrs
  • Clearance team member – undertaking of waste removal/property clearances for local housing associations and other clients, removal of fly-tipping and some builders’ cleans where necessary. Cleaning/driving experience desirable.
  • Cleaning team member – void property cleaning and other cleaning work including some specialist cleaning when required such as bio-cleans (training will be given for this aspect of the role).  Cleaning experience essential.
  • Clear and clean team member – undertaking of clearances and cleans as above. Cleaning experience desirable.

Community Investment Fund

Our Community Investment Fund is managed by a panel made up of tenants and board members who decide how the money is spent to make sure that it has the greatest impact on our tenants.

The Community Investment Fund is available to community groups and projects applying for funding over £500 and up to £3,000.

Social Value

As a responsible organisation, it is important for us to do so much more than provide good-quality housing. We call this social value.
