Bidding is open for our Lancaster Extra Care scheme
We are excited to announce that prospective tenants can now start bidding for properties at St Martin’s Court, in Lancaster.
St Martin's Court (located next to the University of Cumbria in Lancaster) is our flagship Extra Care scheme, due to open early next year. It will offer 92 modern one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes for people aged over 55. As it’s an Extra Care scheme, it is ideal for people who want to live independently, but who may need some extra support, now or in the future.
All homes at St Martin’s Court are to be offered from us on an affordable rent basis.
Applications are now open via the Ideal Choice Home website (Lancaster South – Bowerham). If you haven't already joined Ideal Choice Homes, you will need to do so before you can apply.
You can come and meet the team at a special information event at The Platform in Morecambe on Monday 6 October from 9.30am until 12.30pm and take a look at what we have to offer and answer any questions. This is an event organised by Lancaster City Council.
